Judy Ann (Welsh) Knoble, age 82, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on November 8, 2025, at the UW Hospital, Madison, due to complications from a stroke. Born April 14, 1943, in Viroqua, Wisconsin, to the late Oscar and Caroline Welsh.  A celebration of life luncheon will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Boscobel Bowl and Banquet, located at 16971 US-61, Boscobel, WI.
