Kirk Matthew Jewell, 37, of Mount Horeb passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020. 

A funeral service was held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 109 S. Sixth Street, Mount Horeb, on Tuesday, January 7.  Burial was held at Richland Center Cemetery.
