GREENDALE—LeRoy C. Strye, Jr. of Greendale, passed away peacefully on Monday, Aug. 1, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with congestive heart failure.

Visitation will be held at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community located at 9520 W. Forest Home Avenue in Hales Corners on Saturday, Aug. 6, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. A meal will then be served so all family and friends can get together to celebrate LeRoy’s life. There will also be a visitation at St. Mary’s Church in Glen Haven on Monday, Aug. 8, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and a prayer service will follow at 11:30 a.m. A meal will be provided after the prayer service for LeRoy’s friends from the area. There will be a private burial. LeRoy will be buried next to his wife’s parents in Glen Haven. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the charity of your choice. Judy Strye suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
