DUBUQUE, IOWA—Louise Turner, age 96, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019 at Bethany Home. 

Memorial services were at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 18, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, where a visitation was held from 10 a.m., until the time of services. The Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 JFK Road assisted the family. Memorials in memory of Louise can be made to the family.
