Monroe W. Colson, 45, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away March 16, at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There will be a Celebration of Life gathering on April 13, at Sunset Lanes in Dickeyville, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
