Pat E. Leuth, 67, of Platteville died on Monday, April 28, 2014, at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Platteville.  Rev. Faustino Ruiz will officiate.  Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Platteville.  Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, where there will be a parish rosary at 3:45 p.m.; friends may also call from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. Friday at the church.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Pat E.
