LANCASTER—Patricia “Patty” L. Smith, age 72 passed away on Thursday morning, May 2, 2013 at Orchard Manor in Lancaster. 

A private graveside service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, May 4 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Fennimore with Father Miguel Galvez officiating. The Larson Family Funeral Home assisted the family and online condolences may be made at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com.
