Phyllis Anderson, 86, of Boaz died on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at The Richland Hospital. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 11, at 12:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in the Boaz Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11, at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
