Phyllis J. Heinrichs, 91, of Dodgeville and formerly of Belmont, died on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 19, at the Belmont Methodist Church.  Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 – 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.
