BAGLEY, WI - Ralph W. “Jake” Weaver, age 84, loving father and grandfather, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022, at the VA Hospital, Madison, WI, with his family by his side. Services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Zion Lutheran Church, Bagley, WI, with Pastor Pamela Strakeljahn officiating.  Casual attire preferred.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.  Burial with military honors will be in Bagley Cemetery, Bagley.
