Waunakee-It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Raymond Gale Ropers on August 1st, 2024. Born on November 18, 1943, Ray’s life was inspiring to those around him, including his wife, Rosa, and his children Julie, Rebecca, Kathy, Deb, and Dan.  A celebration of life will be held on August 17th, 2024, at Winn-Cress Funeral Home in Waunakee at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, Ray requested that memorials be given to the Wisconsin Lions Foundation (https://wlf.info/donate/) to assist with diabetes awareness programs and camps.
