Richard “Dick” F. Jentz, 83, of Platteville died on Sunday, Sept. 16, at Manor Care Health Services, Platteville. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Lutheran Church of Peace, Platteville.  Rev. Jeff Pedersen will officiate.  Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Platteville, at a later date.  Chapel Military Rites will be accorded by American Legion Post #42 and VFW Post #5274.  Friends called from 4 – 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, or from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Richard F.
