Richard Michael Mudler, 75, passed away on Dec. 16, 2013 in Sebring, Fla. A memorial fund in Dick’s name is in place at the Fennimore Area Foundation. Condolences may be sent to P. O. Box 37, Fennimore, WI 53809. There are no services planned at this time.
