Robert “Bob” F. Runde, Jr., 85, Fennimore, and formerly of Platteville, Wisconsin, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025.

A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Platteville. Father Greg Ihm officiated. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. Visitation was held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 1, 2025, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, at the church where a rosary was prayed at 10:40 a.m. leading into mass.
