Ryan J. “Woody” Woodward, 28 of Platteville died on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, at UW Hospital, Madison. Through Ryan’s death he was able to be an organ and tissue donor to help many people in need, which during this time is giving his family great comfort.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Rev. Zayna Thompson will officiate.  Burial will be at Lima Union Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory and after 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday.  Memorials may be made to the Ryan J.
