Scott Bradley Patchin, 71, of Black Earth, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 3, 2026.

A celebration of life was held at Gunderson Camacho Mount Horeb Funeral and Cremation Care, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 12 noon until the time of the service on Sunday.
