Steven Wayne Sagehorn, 68, of Platteville, died peacefully Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Meriter Hospital, Madison.

Per Steve’s wishes there will be no funeral or visitation. The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is serving the family.  Memorials to honor Steve and his family may be made in his name to: Platteville Music Boosters, SouthWest Health Emergency Medical Services or the Platteville Public Library. A heartfelt thank you to the SWHC ER staff, the MedFlight team, and Meriter Hospital ICU staff and medical teams for all the care and compassion they showed to Steve and his family.
