Thelma S. Cook, age 94 of Fennimore, died on Wednesday evening Dec. 11, 2013 at Boscobel Care and Rehabilitation in Boscobel.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday Dec. 16, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Wingville Township, Grant Co.  Rev. Duane Andrus will be officiating.   A visitation was held from 4 – 8 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 15, at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore where an Eastern Star service was held at 8 p.m. Sunday evening.
