FENNIMORE—Thelma S. Cook, age 94 of Fennimore, died on Wednesday evening, Dec. 11, 2013 at Boscobel Care and Rehabilitation in Boscobel. 

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16 at the Fennimore United Methodist Church with burial following in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Wingville Township, Grant Co.  Rev.
