Thomas William McCarthy, 91, died on November 14, 2017, at Brookdale Memory Care, Middleton.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 2, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Richland Center, with Monsignor Roger Scheckel officiating. Visitation will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church on Saturday, December 2, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick’s Cemetery, with military graveside rites to be provided by the local Military Memorial Honor Unit.
