Iowa–Grant junior Isaac Hill scores two of his career-high 31 points over Potosi senior Ryan Kruser in the Panthers' 78–66 non-conference win Thursday, Jan. 2.

MIFFLIN — Iowa–Grant’s Isaac Hill was feeling it Thursday night. The junior guard made 11 of 20 shots, including five 3-pointers and poured in a career-high 31 points to lead the host Panthers to a 78–66 non-conference victory over visiting Potosi Thursday at IGHS.

Hill made three triples in the first half to stake I–G (5–4) to a 32–27 lead, then scored 18 in the second half to help the Panthers rally after losing the lead. Hill also had four assists and made 3 of 4 from the free throw line in the final minute to close out the victory.

“Isaac had a good night shooting with the help of his teammates finding him for some great looks throughout the game,” said I–G head coach Ryan Hill. “He had a nice second half to help us regain the lead that we lost early in the second half after leading at halftime.”
