RIVER FALLS—Nicole Fletcher of Lancaster, received a Master of Science - Education degree in Counseling during spring commencement at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in May. Bachelor’s degrees were awarded to 702 undergraduates while 95 students received master’s degrees.
