Tyler and Meghan Raeder, Dubuque, announce the birth of their daughter, Caroline Marie Raeder, at 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
 Caroline weighed 10 pounds, 3 ounces and was 22 inches long. She joins a sister, Laurel, 2.
Grandparents are Doug and Rachele Rickels, Worthington, Iowa, Debra Raeder-Gay and John Raeder, both of Phoenix, Ariz.
Great-grandparents are Don and Helen Meyer, Dyersville, Iowa.
