Wednesday, Oct. 5—Matt and Lisa Millin of Belmont, a son, Cooper Matthew Millin, 9 pounds 8.5 ounces, 22.75 inches long, born at 3:28 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. He joins siblings Nathan and Olivia. Grandparents are Rod and Nadine Millin and Forie and Etta Slaght.
