Friday, August 22—Jon and Rachel Kipper of Lancaster, a son, Dominick Jon Kipper, 7 pounds 3.5 ounces, 19 inches long, born at 6:05 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. He joins big sisters, Peyton and Faith. Grandparents are Tony and Janice Fischer and Duane and Juanita Kipper. Great-grandparents are Leary and Maurice Fischer and Pat and Elmer Ritter.
