Sunday, March 31—Steve and Rebecca Bailie of Lancaster, a son Grant William Bailie, 7 pounds 2 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 1:08 a.m. at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque, Iowa. He joins two brothers, Axl 3 1/2 and Levi 2. Grandparents are Terry and Sue Bailie of Lancaster and Jim and Marianne Potter of Plover.
