Thursday, Dec. 21—Brian and Misty Koeller of Lancaster, a son, Jase Michael Koeller, 10 pounds 3 ounces, 21 inches long, born at 7:38 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. He joins a sibling, Meleah, age 3. Grandparents are Marie Streif and the late Melvin Streif and Sitsy Koeller and the late Larry Koeller.
