Laura Meyer, Dubuque, announces the birth of her daughter, Jianna Anne Meyer, at 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 24 at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
Jianna weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins a sister, Caydance, 6.
Grandparents are Duane and Jane Meyer, Dubuque.
