Chris and Elisha Thoma, Livingston, announce the birth of their daughter, Lacey Marie Thoma, at 5:25 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Lacey weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She joins two brothers, Lucas, 7, and Levi, 4.
Grandparents are Anne and Bill Brune, LaMotte, Iowa, and Dan and Sharon Thoma, Platteville.
Lacey’s father is self-employed and her mother works in accounts payable.
