Joe and Paula Randall, a daughter       

A daughter, Laney Jo Randall, was born at 3:41 a.m. on August 20, 2015, at The Richland Hospital to Joe and Paula Randall. She weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Greg and Diane Ketchmark of Muscoda, and Georgian Randall of Blue River, and the late Logan Randall. The father is an instructor at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and the mother sews at J&J Sewing in Boscobel.
