Billy Mumm and Samantha Buswell, Montfort, announce the birth of their daughter, LeLa Lillian Mumm, at 5:10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 23 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
 LeLa weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. She joins a brother, Kellen, 7 and two sisters, Rosalee, 4, and River, 1.
Grandparents are Marc and Sherry Buswell, Rewey, Christina Lindell, Platteville, and Dale Mumm, Montfort.
Great-grandparents are Darlene Ray, Galena, Ill., Betty Carter, Platteville, and Mercedes Mumm, Dodgeville.
