Chang and Kue Kathy Thao of Platteville announce the birth of their daughter, Madelyn Sheng-Yeng Thao, on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 10:49 p.m. at Southwest Health Center.
Madelyn weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Madelyn’s parents are students at UW–Platteville. Her father is majoring in elementary education. Her mother is majoring in criminal justice.
