Charles Felker and Laura Smith, Belmont, announce the birth of their son, Oliver Xzavior Felker, at 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Oliver weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 22 inches long.
Grandparents are Terisa Smith, Shullsburg, Sharon Felker, Belmont, and Charles Felker Sr., Monticello, Ind.
Great-grandmother is Connie Felker, Monticello, Ind.
