Larry and Megan (Chestelson) Swiggum, of Onalaska, announce the arrival of their first child, a daughter, Peyton Leilani Swiggum, born on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long. Area grandparents are Sig and Marsha Chestelson and Danny Swiggum and Carolyn Swiggum. Great grandmothers are Myra Chestelson and Elinor Nelson.
