Sunday, July 10—Delores Wiser and Daniel Allenby of Boscobel, a son, Raphael Allenby, 8 pounds 1 ounce, 21 inches long, born at 9:33 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. He joins sisters Grace and Destiny Allenby. Grandparents are Dennis and Linda Bunts and Eric Allenby.
