Silas and Becca Langlois, Stitzer, announce the birth of their daughter, Ruth Mary Langlois, at 4:09 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18. She was born at home.
Ruth weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20.75 inches long. She joins a sister, Kathy, 18 months.
Grandparents are Kevin and Bernadette Hall, Platteville, and Pete and Kathy Langlois, Dubuque.
Great-grandparents are Josephine Sedlak, Richland Center, Carolyn Langlois, Dubuque, and Eugene Langlois, Tampa Bay, Fla.
Ruth’s father is a delivery technician at Weygant’s Appliance, Inc. and her mother is a stay-at-home mom.
