Zack and Amelia Armstrong of Platteville, announce the birth of their son, Samuel Thomas Armstrong, born at 4:36 a.m. on March 25 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa.
Samuel weighed 9 pounds, 12 ounces and was 23 inches long. He joins a brother, Gabriel, 2 ½.
Grandparents are Terry and Wendy Armstrong of Central City, Iowa, and Jim and Rosanne Weber of Wausau.
Great-grandparents are Ed and Mary Armstrong of Cedar Rapdis, Iowa, and Lois Kruger of Edgewood, Iowa. 
Samuel’s father is an audit manager with Eide Bailly LLP and his mother is the vocal music director at Platteville High School.
