Wednesday, Dec. 19—Trisha Pernot and Steve Miller of Fennimore, a daughter, Stephanie Karli Miller, 7 pounds 9 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 8:45 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins a sibling, Lynell Miller 5. Grandparents are Tim and Cathy Miller of Fennimore and Bob and Monika Pernot of New Glarus.
