First English Lutheran Church in Platteville will host an inter-faith Prayer Service for World Peace Sunday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m.

Sept. 21 is the United Nations International Day of Peace. The service will include the song “For the Healing of the Nations,” a litany lifting up all the nations of the world.

In addition to the litany for the nations, the service will also include a time of silent mediation and an opportunity for those gathered to pray aloud for peace.

The service will last approximately 40 minutes. All are welcome.
