DARLINGTON – The Lafayette County Health Department announced on Tuesday, April 21, the fourth confirmed case of COVID-19 in Lafayette County. According to the health department, the previous three individuals have recovered, which means if they have gone at least three days without a fever and it has been seven days since they have tested, along with respiratory symptoms have also improved, they are then considered recovered. The health department is continuing to ask residents to limit contact with others and to stay home, whenever possible, as the county and state prepares to reopen.
