Roger H. Millard, 78, Livingston, died Thursday morning, March 6, 2014 at ManorCare Health Services in Platteville.

Funeral services were held at noon on Monday, March 10 at the Soman–Larson Funeral Home in Montfort. Burial was in the Rock Church Cemetery in rural Livingston. Paul Zimmerman and Nelson Shirk officiated. Visitation was from 3–7 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 at the Soman–Larson Funeral Home and from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home on Monday.
