Joshua and Holly Hebgen are the parents of a daughter, Harper Marie, born on Nov. 19, 2011, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Ron and Cheryl Kowalski of Belmont and Pat and Diane Hebgen of Highland. Great-grandparents are Lloyd and Reta Houtakker of Belmont, Cleo Miess of Dodgeville and Mary Hebgen of Highland. Great-great grandmother is Marie Ruskell of Belmont.
