Gain the most up-to-date tools to be an effective supervisor. The ‘Effective Supervisor Workshop’ scheduled for 9 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 21 on the University of Wisconsin-Richland campus is designed to help both new and experienced supervisors bring out the best in their employees.

Topics include how to be a supportive coach, delegating based on strengths and weaknesses, the psychology of motivating people, creating the right culture, getting more done with fewer resources, and more.

Jack Harkins, founder of Harkins Leadership Development Corporation, will lead the workshop.
