Man arrested on seven-year-old warrant

A 25-year-old Dubuque man was arrested on retail theft and drug charges and a seven-year-old warrant Feb. 5.

Aaron D. Whites was arrested in a traffic stop after leaving Walmart, 1800 Progressive Parkway, around 9:40 a.m.

Whites was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in June 2007, according to court records. A warrant was issued for Whites’ arrest in July 2007.

Whites was arraigned Feb. 10. His trial is scheduled for April 8 and April 15, with a status conference March 25 at 1 p.m.
Whites was charged with retail theft of less than $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•    A 44-year-old Livingston woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for retail theft Jan. 31.

Pamela R. Udelhoven was arrested at Walmart, 1800 Progressive Parkway.

Udelhoven was convicted of forgery — uttering in August 2012.

•    A Moline, Ill., man was arrested on a warrant Feb. 1.

Levi E. Livingston, 23, was arrested for failure to pay a $200.50 disorderly conduct citation for which he pleaded guilty Oct. 7.
